A $25 deposit per person is required if a therapist travels 30 minutes or more one way, and it will go toward the massage fee. Established clients are not subject to this deposit.
New customers should expect a follow-up from our scheduler to confirm appointment details, including date, time, and duration. A separate $25 deposit is required for all new customers.

Please note our new policy: Please be aware that after 12 A.M., our lines will not be open for calls or texts. You may leave a message for scheduling on the next day, but appointment confirmations will be provided only after we respond during business hours. This measure is in place to prevent false bookings. For a smoother process, please plan ahead and consider a deposit.
Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel an appointment on the day it is set to take place, and the booking was made in advance, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged per person. This fee compensates our mobile therapists for their reserved time and travel arrangements.
